Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us and supporting the creative community! As avid art toy enthusiasts ourselves, we try to ensure the best quality in our products and a timely delivery. Your order is important to us, which is why we aspire to ensure the best condition and timely arrival of your product. Below are our shipping information, please take a moment to browse through it to be informed of how and when your order will ship.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS

 

The shipping process will take up to 7 business days. Once the shipping process is complete, we will send you the shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. 

 

The duration of the shipping process may change due to the factors that may delay shipment.

 

WITHIN ASIA

 

If the recipient’s address is within Asia, please be expected to have your item delivered in about 7 business days from the time you received your tracking number.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL

 

For territories outside of Asia, you can expect to receive your item in 2-4 weeks from the time you receive your tracking number.

 

UPDATING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

 

If you have forgotten to update your shipping address, you may sign with your respective Post Office directly. This service commonly known as mail forwarding service offer by the country Post Office. Please note this may come with additional charges.

 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

 

International shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by Customs and/postal authorities. Individual products and packaging may be opened and inspected. 

 

Please note that items may be repacked without the original care taken when your shipment left our warehouse. Unfortunately we have no control over this process and cannot be held responsible or guarentee the condition of any items upon arrival.

 

If your shipment is not cleared by Customs and have been disposed for any reason being failure to pay taxes, duties or fees, please contact your local customs agency for direct follow up.

 

 

SHIPPING FEE

 

Shipping fee is calculated by dimensional weight and country of destination. We use the exact weight of the product and generate the cheapest shipping option that provides a tracking number for you. Do note that the rates do not include any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be assessed by the destination country. We will then generated the cheapest option with tracking number for you.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

 

At Nativo Workshop, we do not charge any custom duties on our shipments, however we won’t be able to guarantee that custom charges will not be applicable to your item when it arrives to your country of destination. 

 

Please note that your order may be subjected to custom taxes/charges levied by your country of destination. These fees are assessed when your order has reached its intended destination and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

 

Please contact your local customs office if you have any inquiries regarding custom charges and taxes.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nativo Workshop and supporting the creative community!  We hope that you enjoy your new purchase, and we are truly grateful for your support!

Many of our products are collectible and have certain conditions under which they must be returned in order to keep their value.  We have developed what we believe is a fair return policy, as stated below. Please note that by purchasing goods from us, you have agreed to the following terms.

 

 

DEFECTIVE TOY RETURN POLICY

 

All sales at are final at Nativo Workshop. Most figures we sell are collectible and made in limited quantity. The items are often hand painted and hand assembled therefore slight imperfections are common due to the production process and often can enhance the value of the product.

 

However if your product has a significant detect right out of the box such as the following:
1, Broken in half

2, Missing parts

3, Missing accessories etc

 

Please reach out to us immediately with the following:

1, photos, 

2, name, 

3, order number

4, a short descriptor of what has been damaged

 

We will evaluate it on a case by case basis to see if the damage qualifies for a exchange, and we'll be happy to exchange it for a non-damaged item if one is available. If a replacement is not available, we will offer an alternate item.  ALL OTHER TOY & PRODUCT SALES AT NATIVOWORKSHOP.COM ARE FINAL.

 

Please note that we WILL NOT be able to replace a specific blind box figure with the same figure as blind boxes are even blind to us. If the defective figure you received from us was blind boxed, we will gladly replace it with another blind box. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be given the same figure you received originally. You agree to this policy by placing an order on www.nativoworkshop.com
