What is a pre-order?

Pre-orders means we are taking advance orders for the item that comes with an expected arrival date. Each pre-order has an expected arrival date. We are constantly on the lookout for the latest updates regarding the production of the toys and we will update our listings accordingly.

Unfortunately, sometimes delays are likely to occur. The expected date of arrival is only an estimation and even we try, we may not be able to compensate for the delay of the pre-orders. However, we will be announcing consistently to make sure you are in touch with our latest updates on the expected arrival date. Here are some additional information about our pre-orders: - With pre-orders the inventory is not in the our warehouse and might still be in production. Due to unforeseen issues with production an item, there might be delays or cancellations. If the item is cancelled, Nativo Workshop will notify you via email and a refund will be issued. - As with all orders on Nativo Workshop, once a pre-order is placed it cannot be altered or cancelled by the customer. Please triple check your information and the item description before placing your order. - The delivery estimate for pre-orders is our best estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse and ship to you. It does not guarantee it will be delivered during that window. It could be delivered before or after that time.

Do you accept wholesale offers?

What is a Blind Box?

If you're new to blind boxes, they are exactly what the name says. All boxes look the same but the character figures are in random assortments. This means that you have no idea what character you'll be getting, but in every box you'll definitely find the excitement of discovery. These are great to collect, great to gift and fun to exchange with friends. However things get actually serious when it comes down to find the secret special character in each of the lines. Some say it's the final test for friendships, siblings and relationships in general.

What is an Art Toy?

Designer Toys, also called art toys, are toys and collectibles created by artists and designers that are either self-produced or made by small, independent toy companies, typically in very limited editions. Artists use a variety of materials, such as ABS plastic, vinyl, wood, metal, latex, plush, and resin. Creators often have backgrounds in graphic design, illustration, or fine art, but many accomplished toy artists are self-taught. The first Designer Toys appeared in the 1990s in Hong Kong and Japan. By the early 2000s, the majority of Designer Toys were based upon characters created by popular Lowbrow artists, forever linking the two movements.

What is a Secret/Mystery figure and how to get it?

Mystery figures are the special figures which nobody would know what they are until they are found and revealed. Generally they are harder to find than the regular ones. There can also be ultra-rare figures that could range from very special materials or perhaps even hand-painted by artists themselves!
